Meet the Team
Aaron has served the medical imaging industry for over eight years and is experienced in helping organizations of all sizes invest in, maintain, and manage their imaging assets. Understanding that each practice has a different set of goals, needs, and budget for their equipment, Aaron is able to help create a plan that will meet all of your criteria set forth in the discovery phase. He has worked with practices and organizations of all sizes from small practices to large regional groups with many practices and understands the importance of projects being managed closely from the discovery phase through service. His time away from work is spent with his wife, their two children and dog. He serves on the board of directors and coaches at South Cherokee Baseball. Aaron played golf collegiately and enjoys any additional free time on the golf course.
Steven has served the medical imaging industry for four years as a field service and installation engineer with a very analytical, efficient, and meticulous approach. He is experienced with a variety of both digital modalities (CR and DR) and radiographic systems. His previous experience includes customer service management and electrical construction, both of which helped prepare him with strong communication skills and a great understanding of the build out process. Steven is married with three children and enjoys spending his down time with his family. He serves his sons Boy Scout troop and helps coach his daughter’s softball team at Sandy Plains Softball.
Jeff has 20+ years’ experience in the medical imaging industry. Jeff leads all technical efforts across the company. His team also works closely with corporate operations, sales and development to ensure projects are implemented successfully and efficiently. In partnership with the Imperial Team, Jeff provides technical leadership, leading edge customer support solutions and first class products and services to healthcare organizations across the US. Jeff understands outpatient radiology and the importance of having advanced technologies in the healthcare industry. Jeff’s consistent client interaction proves his commitment to customer satisfaction is top priority. Outside of the office Jeff can be found on the golf course with his son or at a dance competition with his daughter. He enjoys fishing and is a youth basketball coach. Jeff and his family live just outside of Birmingham, AL.
